Raw Vegan Cuisine Prep Class
Learn the Art and Alchemy of preparing Live Cuisine
This is a one day “hands-on” workshop.. No experience is necessary. We will cover topics from the Level 1 class. Although the focus is on “raw foods”, emphasis is on incorporating more whole foods into your lifestyle and finding your own personal dietary groove. Eating “raw foods” isn’t all or nothing.

sarinda hoilett is one of my oldest friends, we bunked during our time in rebalancing school in the same hut. it was one of the best times of my life, 4 and a half months learning structural integration bodywork and living idyllically on a ranch that my teacher menlha has in costa rica, www.becometocostarica.com .
ultimately, she made a great impression on me and i admire her every move. sarinda has always been focused on her health and a few years ago, she fully committed to becoming a raw food chef. she is amazing as a chef as she is a bodyworker and yoga teacher. her food is so delightful

it is delicate, fresh, intriguing as well as raw. your mouth enjoys the multifacetted textures and tastes that she creates from all organic materials. her cheeseless cheesecake is heavenly.

she lives in a beautiful home in mount currie, which is north of whistler toward lillioet. she and her husband phillip have two beautiful kids. she has a yoga studio that he built for her and on the first floor, she has a commercial kitchen where she makes her raw foods that she sells at the farmer’s market.
last november she had a class in north vancouver and i attended. i missed the class she had last night but i plan to make it to the one she is having on april 4th. if you are interested to come along, please call me and we can carpool there.
it would be a pleasure to have a group of people who want to learn to eat better and to chow on sarinda’s food. bring containers for the left overs and make sure you have an empty stomach. that was my mistake last time, i had snacked before. it was painful to not be able to eat her yummy delicious food.
