it really is the perfect world, we live in a time where one click and we can influence many people. we are capable of doing anything we want. we are at a time when we are limited only by ourselves.
i am grateful that i have the time to just be still. it has been a busynetworking summer and i hope that i have done what i could in the slowness of summer business to carry me into the winter. i can only hope.
‘funny how when there is a moment of doing nothing, my brain wants to fill it with something else. i am just glad to have this time to regenerate my health.

oh, to be able to write and to edit the videos that i have accumulated this summer but not been able to process. like the one i took at jen and chris wedding. i love you all to see it. it was such a great time during the labour day weekend.
this is the time to get back to the therapy i love to do. i am so drawn to working for the yyoga.ca studio. i hope that i will be able to make impression of what i do. it will take time and that is what i have. i am so glad that amber lapinoff gave me the link to call the studio last winter and that rida wang gave me a chance to have a day at the studio.
what am i going to do with this blogging. i guess i will take a few more courses and see how i can monetize the account. i am going to figure out what information that will bring in readers. i am glad that alex wanted a macbook because it has a great movie editing program in it.
i will figure out how to make my businesses virtual. that way i can visit friends in other parts of the world and still be connected to everyone at home. i will make new friends who will be interested in what i am doing with the biofeedback, massage, yoga and water.
it is not the quantity so much as the quality. i dont want to learn everything but it seems like i am the type that learns alot.
have a great day and enjoy the video.
great wedding chris and jen. what a hoot!
