mercury retrograde sept 6-28, 2009

it has been a busy summer.  being a four year for me, i have dedicated myself to work as hard as i possibly can.  networking the summer was the hilight.  i was in vegas for the ionways.com birthday bash, i was in vernon at sheila snow’s komasket music festival giving out free water for contact numbers.  i was hostess  for all my buddies who came to vancouver for the summer and i was in portland for connecting kai and stella together.

last week i was at a killer wedding of jen and chris.  i was sure glad i made it to roberts creek, bc.  it was though a final harrah because i was running out of juice and i was ready for this mercury retrograde to begin.  what i did not realize was that the full moon was in pisces.  boy did that put a whammie into my physical body.  i hit the wall and realized how happy i know astrology and its effect on the fluid body.

now not every one is going to groove with this idea but really, we are 70% water and some of us are not youngsters anymore.  the moon has an effect.  even with the wedding scheduled during the wane of the moon, we all had a great time.

jen and chris wedding!

jen and chris wedding!

my shadow yoga teacher has said for years to not do yoga during a full moon. www.wanderingyogi.com the stress of the moon and being physically active is more than the head can accomadate.  her rule is that full moons are best spent in quiet study and self awareness.  derangement is common during a full moon.

i was aware of this when i was doing work for j-n this week during thursday and friday.  i was not fully wanting to be in motion and i could see that it was stressing me out.  i voiced my feelings but ultimately the timing was off and i was not able to get the full respite that i needed.  annica, annica, annica.

the best feedback i have of the work of the qxci, j-n has said that her digestive system has improve by 40%.  her nd measured her on his system and it showed that marked improvement.  as well j-n has been better this summer with all the scio work.

luckily, the wedding was an easy time.  full on granola in a community hall with a great bunch of people.  my van was parked outside the hall, bed made up and so that periodically, i was able to catch a nap inbetween events.  it was a great time, full of color and lovely in its execution.

my kid returned this week and we started the school year…yahoo.  i am so glad to have a regular schedule again.  i am certain this year is going to be a good one.  i am joining  the tyee pac, parent action committee.

i have a constant client on tuesdays so i have never been on the committees.  this year i have asked the mcdonalds to change to wednesdays and i am going to get involved.  need to understand what the school system is up against.  also i am going to get to know the others in this new school.  alex has been at tyee for two years and i am up to being there as a participating parent.

ah ya,

more stuff to do.  just realized that tomorrow is the grand opening of  http:/yyoga.ca  now i have posted on facebook, twittered and formatted for my presentation of biofeedback for the masses.  here is the start of the jargon.

The Flow Grand Opening Party will be on THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 10TH FROM 4:30PM-8:30PM. There will be free yoga classes all day, food, entertainment, and lots of networking opportunities. We are also anticipating plenty of people from the media to be at the party.

omg, and then the day after is the technicals of water presented by jay hare, ceo of ionways.com (us and canada)  and geoff poole vp of technicals.

if you can come to any of these events, please come.  it is really an exciting time for information.  i am grateful to be of service for you to know more about any of these products.  yahoo.
