here is the video of me drinking the olive oil/lemon juice gallbladder flush.  i am not a video suave kind of a gal and i am learning as i go. still, i realize that the video is the way to go.  it may be a hum and ha type of recording so please enjoy it the best you can and forgive me for my naivety.

by the way, i feel great!  i am so much calmer, i am chuckling about life.  i am not as irritable as i was.  it has been a great experience.  i may just do the last day, next week.  i have so much more energy and my smile is so much brighter because i am more peaceful in my attitude.
