facebook is for propaganda/ promotion.  if you think that facebook is for just posting party pictures then i got some bridges to be bought.  hahaha

it is about networking and setting up lines of information so that you can influence others.  also it is a way to send all your wonderful images to the reader.  it is the ultimate blogging delivery system.   i love the video that people send out, i sent the one you sent to me through my facebook network.  i have had about 5 good replies back just in one afternoon.  even my girlfriend in costa rica saw it and reposted it.

you just have to know what to put in and what to keep out.  so if you want an insight to it.  sign on and see.  then get out before you get sucked into the vortex.  otherwise, stay connected and stay relevent.  even my big brother just signed up!

as for drinking water…reverse osmosis is the worse one to drink, i know because i drank it for 15 years and i am living to regret that piece of information. r/o water is called dead water because it is devoid of minerals/dirt.  the body needs minerals to regenerate.  a lack of minerals in the water makes the ph go to acid and that is dehydrating to the body.  the body then will leech the minerals it needs to buffer the acidity in the blood, it takes it from your bones and muscles.

 ionization is energizing the water molecule and magnetizing the minerals in the water so that the alkaline dirt, calcium, magnesium and potassium goes into the water outlet we are drinking from and the acid dirt goes out the water outlet spout to water our plants.  plants love acid rain water.   the asians have followed this line of thought for over 3000 years.  get thee to a good water source.

as for the chung shi shoes, i wear mine everyday.   i did break my back 18 years ago and i am massage/yoga professional.  also i am the  promoter of the ugliest shoes in the world, i think i know what i am talking about.  give it a try and see.  as for hiking and running.  i do not think that this method is for that.  it is about stretching the plantar fascae in the foot in your everyday walking to make your foot more efficient for the long haul.   walking yoga for the conscious yogi.
