hi,

i just want to contiue my theme of showing you what i find on my walks around the city.  i love my boy and i want to leave him in a world that is moving in the direction of health and good fortune.   so walking is the premier way to get the simple needs of the body met.  as a ten year old in the city, he suffers in that he does not get the exercise  i know that he would get in the suburbs or in the countryside.  so while the kids had a play date this weekend, i made sure that we had a walk to get to our brunch.  it was about ten blocks and i think the boys had a good time getting to the end with their own legs.

along the way, we got to peer into many store windows including this one.  i was amazed at how comfortable my son was in front of the camera, explaining what he sees.  this shop was at fraser and kingsway.  he is getting to be a youngster who is more computer suave than me and taller by the day.  i hope that you enjoy a moment in our lives.

we got to walk along main and broadway, going into the shops that interests the boys.  we were heading to meet at the raw organiclives.org on quebec and second.

there is so much to learn.  what is best for me as an individual.  what is best for my family.  what is best for my local area.  what is best for the country.  as well as what is best for the world.  big lessons.
