decrease your toxic load
i am always reading and learning. i live the life i do because i have gleaned what i can about how the body functions and utilized what i could. what i have found is that sometimes it takes a bit of coaching and patience to turn the addiction to a bad habit around. what is a pattern that is healthy for you may not be for my body. we are all unique.
i love honey in my tea but recently i have come to face that even a little is strong enough for my biofeedback machine to register as not so good. so i have stopped using the little that i do. i am drinking tea with soy and no sweetener. i know that that may be nothing to someone but for me that is radical. i want to know if i will feel different in a few weeks because i took a stand for my health by changing my addiction and dependencies for something that is making my body uneasy.
i just read this article in the common ground magazine and these paragraphs were congruent to my line of thinking. i will rewrite the bits that i like. the credits for the words are below.
