i just got this clean video from http://www.youtube.com/user/cosmolito and learnt to load it into my youtube, ah the delite of multimedia 101!

what a day, started today with a meeting at organiclives.org with sarinda and her mom judith hoilett.  sarinda has joined my wand business.  judith had just gotten off the plane from her home in costa rica and was wanting to be wanded.  she had fallen and hurt her ankle down there.

judith is back in canada to do some twittering and blogging training and it was such a great breakfast at the raw restaurant, talking about how to set up and generate a multimedia business.  i am sure glad that i set up my blog in 2008.  doing that has made doing the wand so easy.  also showing my peeps, some of the action in my life is fun also.

friday night was wonderful because i was able to listen to Dr. Acharya’s lecture at the pacific institute for wholistic living www.theayuvedasite.com on 4th avenue near banyan books.

some familiar faces and also some familiar stories.  one which was the doctors who all felt some part of the elephant and yet each doctor had his own opinion of what he felt.  what dr.a mostly said was that the body is a magnificent healing system.  one which the smallest particle had all three doshas-vata, pitta and kapha within.  each cell having to navigate through this environment to be balanced in health.  annica

it was a pleasure to see the continuity of the audience.  the experience was seen in the faces of the ayurvedic community.  also i felt that the beginning studies of the newcomer was engaged by the esteem dr. acharya, who was here in canada after attending lectures in south america, central america, the usa and now vancouver.

thanks yodih williamson for including me into your fold…it is nice to be reminded of my lineage of information.  thanks for having history with me.  thanks for being so smart…and beautiful!
