been a while…

hi everyone,

i am evaluating my blog and wondering what to do with it.  i am reading john chow’s book ‘make money online’ and taking classes on line to take this blog to the next level.  i figure that it will be this summer’s focus.  amongst all the other things on my list to do.

i apologize for being away for the past few days but i have been respecting the mercury retrograde path until the end of the cycle which is to the point that it all began…so it ended last friday, may 28.  i found that this m/r was very deep and it really took till the end to fully correct.  i am so glad to have had the rest…in preparation for the work i must do this summer.

i was in cloverdale at calli meister’s wand meeting last wednesday.  she is holding meetings every wednesday and thursday at her home.  here is the address if you are in that area…

from calli meister:

Firstly,  I am now holding two demos – both Wednesdays 7pm and Thursdays 7pm

Secondly, there is the new AMwater Actify here to experience the zero-point water! Bring glass jugs to take some home with you too!

Thirdly, you will hear about the incredible skin care and other news!

You will be very happy you came and brought your guests!

Thank you for the RSVP to the demo!

In service to changing the world,

Calli

PS. Mark your calendars for October’s Launch it is worth it!

Did I mention that the company gave a huge discount on the water machine to anyone at the conference!!! It pays to be there!!!!

this weekend i was at the eat vancouver restaurant convention, which was a zoo.  i was there on the saturday and it was around dinner time.  being a rainy day, the place was crowded.  the shiatsu association, of which i am board member, had a booth there.  my best buddy tania marshall was with me and so was mario teixeira, who are two of the hardest working shiatsu therapists in vancouver.  wow what a team and in such a small spot.  it was really a gong show.  i had a great time but i really know that i am not a crowds person.

i registered for the http://whistleryogaconference.com/ i am going up and staying at sarinda hoilet’s place in mount currie.  sarinda is actually going to be at the conference, teaching her raw cuisine at the event on saturday.  i am taking a class on philates yoga with colleen felgate, who my buddy trish beauregard holds in high regard.

it fits into my philates bootcamp that i am taking for 6 weeks, 3 times  one hour during the week.  i am taking the class with my fellow amegan, weldon stevens  weldonworking@gmail.com  who is a delight and a slave driver.  i love learning about my obliques and my power source.

been busy, my girl from saltspring nat gold was here from monday to sunday of last week.  camped in my living room.  she teachesreflexology twice a year at the vancouver school of bodywork and massage (vsbm.com).  we had a great time, yakking about everything.  we had a few good meals.    i have learnt through the years not to get to into her schedule because it overwhelms mine.  pacing is so important.

today i was with my acupunturist, dr. jenny mah, who i have not seen for such a long time.  she worked a new technique with me, she did not turn the needles or use electrical stim…she just pushed the needles in and out, to 70% of the pain threshold and i was amazed at the pathway of energy that the technique produced.  she worked three points…one was the gallbladder 42, kidney 3  and lung 9.  the gallbladder meridian was setting my sciatic nerve into spasms.

dr. jenny is one of those people who have charted my ganglion for the past couple of years.  she actually stuck a big needle into the water ball to see if she could drain the fluid out.  it did not work.  so imagine how surprised she was to see that the skin was flat with no residual swellling.

where is the ganglion!

i rode my bike  in the spirit of bike week in vancouver.  i also found a new bike shop in my neighbourhood. the new bike master is danu and he is going to see a lot of me and the little alex man.  i said that we needed a resident bike fixer and yeah, it happened.

as i was there in the shop, i got to meet nina and grace who are girlfriend and friend of danu and i got to show them all my wand.  which i have stuck in my shirt at all times.  nina was smart and realized that i was doing muscle testing on them.  i used a cell phone to unbalance the energy field and then i used the wand to energize the body electric.  loved what calli said last week during her demo, ‘ that we are similiar to alkaline batteries and we are always in need of creating alkalinity in our bodies, in order to stay charged.’

danu goes out with nina,  who is  part of the ethical kitchen in north vancouver and the controversial kitchen on commercial drive.  they are part of the pasture to market movement in the meat production chain.  i was very impressed that danu was wanting to convert me to eating meat. he advised me to go to wetonaprice.org and study what sally fallon has written.

i am such a vegetable eater to be and since i do come from a meat beginning,  i will think twice about where my animal products come from.  that is a given.  i will give the controversial kitchen a more intent focus next time i am near commercial and grant street.

alex and i at his school fair!

it was a fine day.   one where i practice staying in my moment.  not receding to my past and not projecting into my future.  i have done enough and i deserve to have time to just be in the flow.  it is important that i have play days as well.  no use preaching to my clients to rest and enjoy their lives if i don’t take days to do so myself.  i am so grateful to have a practice of gratitude.  to forgive myself for my trespasses.  to do unto others as i do for myself.

the greatest thing i learn this week was that i am a human, living an electric life.  it serves me to know where my inspiration comes from.   it comes from you!
