attention it was a perfect day…

started with alex and i capturing a few more minutes of sleep, just grazing to the last minute.  so good to see him go to school on his own, bike or longboard.  he is so sweet.

drank some dna repair and taped the wrapping of the spent dna crystals,  on my ganglion, i think the bloody thing works.  it would be so great if it did!  here’s hoping.

the morning was putting out amega fires…emailing gluckman all the glitches since he is in irvine this week.  with sam adams, i suppose ;-D

was good to chase kamile down for wands yet again.  shane , the fraser valley quantum biofeedback coordinator, was freakin, buying wands without a demo, without actually seeing one.  met his wife sandra on the line too.  handled by sunday.  will  have had to pull a wand off of james to accommodate.

luckily 4 wands showed up.  one to my mom right away.  second to me, for the one warren lost, bummer.  one to shane as a loaner, how about wednesday night shane, call me in the am.  one to my big brother, yeah i get my pendant back to continue my experiential exposure.

scrambled to pick up a bucket of honey and ten buck tahini for gaia at famous foods.  some homeo at dr. vladimir shmitsman, of dinas homeopathy on kingsway..liver and kidney tonic and belladonna.

off to pick up gaia at dr. alibah’s bot clinic on granville.  we make a quick stop for carrots at choices, she is a liquidtarian at this time.

i take her home to west van near sunset marina, where we meet up with elise, a member of gaia’s support team.  we discuss purchasing a infrared sauna with low emf’s from randy gomm, who is the infrared sauna guru.  we talk about elise selling her spot in the amega line.  she is wanting to be a muscian, she does not have the heart to do this work…so we are going to sell the spot above me…get ready, i will be blogging this tomorrow.

drive home to the kidlet who has already broken into the wand stash to work on his cut finger.  kid, if you lose it, it’s yours.

dinner.  leftover roast duck, soy chicken, green peppers, potatoes soup.  nothing fancy.  just survival dinner today.

working for the dm’s, three hours, every tuesday, for about five years at their home and 4 years at spa’s around town.   it is a joy and it is a real pleasure to have such devoted clients.  the only time he has missed a week is when he is on holidays.  really grateful.

quick as a bunny, i am off to meet up with the luxx sarah b.  on the way, i  run out of gas.  have not done that in twenty years.  it was wow one block away from the only station with diesel in west side vancouver.  i  chugged my way to the pumps.  bonus.

okay thanks for reading all of this BUT really the night was the cherry on the day.   i meet sarah b at the commodore.  outside, we sip tim horton’s steeped tea in the chill of the air but so glad that the night is mild with spring.  she is a joy.

sb and i went to school in costa rica together in 1996, at hacienda del sol.  she is the owner of vsbm.  we have only seen each other occasionally in life and every moment i have spent with her has been delish.    when we were in school, we once did a mirror exercise together, not knowing that each word we described each other was only a description of ourselves.  omg.   sweetness of whipped cream.  she is a delight.

the best concert i have ever seen.  these kids can actually play mucic. the songs multi-textured.  exquisite. i am going out to buy the record tomorrow.

i gave sarah b an amega wand to try at home. sinister laugh!  lol.
