fall behind…

this weekend was a fall behind time change weekend. this morning i could feel the changes to my routine. first i was confused at the time i was getting up, second i was understanding that i was overwhelmed with the week past.
i was grateful that i had the time to rest and catch up. i really enjoyed the extra sleep, i allowed myself to have.
i definitely have respect for those people who do the jobs of building, cleaning and painting. as well as the physical exertion, they must have the toxic overload of the products they use to do their jobs. i spent a month doing it and it was noticeably toxic.
one of the best fun is halloween, i had a great time with my son.
making his ghost costume. one large piece of cheese cloth and cut into two long pieces to attach to a baseball cap. use Velcro tape to stick the gauze onto the hat. we tore two holes into the gauze to make eyes. tearing makes a spookier look. btw, the picture is the first prototype, the need for air was more important for breathing than for seeing.
refrain from using plastic in an unconscious fashion. plastics are made from petroleum products and only used commercially since the early 1950’s. we actually have been the generation that was tested and now understanding that we have been effected by the mass industrialization of the food industry.
here is the new link and a copy of the article.

as you would know if you were reading other blogs that i have written, in the need to record somewhere, what where when how who. this is a sore subject. now i know what to get my kid to drink out of. you have to find stainless steel 18/0
the 18 is the steel content and the 0 is the amount of nickel is in the mix, zero.
night.
