33 magic numbers

1.   Seasalt baths for detoxification…sodium chloride, dehydrated sea water.

  • reduces radiation.

  • spiritual and emotional cleanse.

  • drain the sweat from your pores. sweat will drain and the blood will come in and refresh the skin.

  • reduce inflammation and swelling from lactic acid.

  • reduces cellulite formation.

  • Make the bath salty…that will leech the wastewater out of you…if you make the bath water bland, the reverse will happen, the water will go into you.  Make the bath salty like the sea.

  • Epsom salts is magnesium chloride…muscle relaxant.

 

2. Child pose every morning.

 

  • wake up and immediately get on your knees and stick your hands under your pillow and go back to sleep.  your first stretch of the day.

  • notice your ankles, your knees, your lower back.

  • Right there in the bed.

  • Take another few minutes to feel your joints.

  • Especially your wrist and neck.

  • You will be able to walk when you are 70.

 

3.  live near a spring water source…drink the upward swirling properties.

  • David Wolf and Daniel Vitalis are adament spring water sourcers…and really it makes sense.

  • Spring water stored in glass bottles do not have the issue of pollution and plastics.

  • It is an investment of time…but I am going to get to a spring most of the time for my drinking water

drink alkaline water pH of 7.3  first thing in the morning.  You have been dehydrating all night…get  water into your body.   One cup or a liter. 

Get yourself an ionizer if you live in the city, make your dead acidic water alive with negative ions.  Just don’t drink higher than that in the 7.2 pH.  The ionization will create negative ions for the fluid body. 

 

4.  Eat low in the food chain.  Pollution is getting worse and those toxins are going to accumulate.  Eat what they feed animals.  The higher you eat on the food chain, the more toxins will accumulate in you.  Pesticides are what started the whole organic movement. 5. Do your best to exercise 30 minutes each day.  Just get out there and move.  Get your circulation moving.  Blood wants to move.  Dance.  Shake. Bend.  Yoga.  Running.  Skiing.  WALK A BLOCK…get your mom out there and do it with her.

 

6. Cilantro is your friend…eating cilantro will help detox heavy metals.  Get to know that all food is medicine.  They all have a biochemical effect, a key to your health and healing.  Garlic will kill parasites.  Ginger will increase your circulation.  Find the time to learn.

 

7. Lemons are great for alkalizing the blood and will balance the ph.  It provide the chemical key for the liver and gall bladder to work.  It is great for detoxifying your water.  It will make your skin dewy.  It will allow the joints to rehydrate.

 

8. Eat for the thyroid, they love seaweeds and kelp.  The thyroid is part of the endocrine system and it provide the hormones to animate your muscles. It is the most delicate part of your system and it is so important to know how to care for it.  Massage your neck.    Put your hand over it and whisper kind words to it.  It is located just below the collar bone and it works so hard for you, figure out how it works.  We are juicy creatures…learn how all the juices ( hormones) work…especially now with the pollution levels climbing…it is the canary in the coal mine.

 

9. Keep your belly button synched up to the lower back.  Aim so that it supports your kidneys and adrenals.  Just do this hundreds of time a day.  Gently tuck your belly button up against your spine.  Can you feel the Kegel engage.  Can you feel the digestive pulse.  Can you understand that if you know this move, your sit ups will radically change.  Relax your anus.  Tap your big toe individually, so that you activate your plantar fascia.  learn to stand there on that inside line from your big toe, to the inside of the knee to the inside of the crotch, then do a kegel and flip the pelvis upward and synch it into your belly button.  Remembering that that belly button is holding your adrenals and kidneys, tonifying and energizing.  Rein in the hips with the belly button and pressure up against the lower back.

 

10.  Stand in a square so that your heels are directing your hips to be more open in the posterior.  Don’t waddle when you walk, don’t stomp.  Be a gazelle and learn to use your big toe to propel you into motion.  See how that activates your ankles and your knees and makes your hip joints sway.  Do this in lines while you wait for the plane.  Stand and do the work at elevators.  Know how to work the feet so that it can hold you up.

 

11.when you figure out the big toe, then feel how it strings up the inside of the knee.  Know that your your blood supply and your lymph system are riding on this inside line.  Know that your sexual organs are being flushed with blood every time you walk in this perfectly designed blood ladder system.  Walk  and shake that booty like your momma made it.  It is a crime to not know how to articulate your hips.

 

 

12. Perfumes are all synthesized from petroleum.  That is why they smell so strong and for so long…it is artificial, the body knows this.  Neurotoxins.  When you put on face cream and body cream, understand that if you cannot eat the product…dont put it on your body.  The skin does not have a filter so the toxins are going directly into the blood stream.

13.  Go do yoga class…commit the time to know your body.  Have you noticed that whey you go to the gym, you learn how to count.  When you go to yoga, you learn to move your body in new and wonderful ways.  You learn to breath.  You learn how stiff you are.  You learn patience.  If you can figure it out in slow motion then you will have more success when you are going fast.

 



 

14.  Use the bra line to open the chest and support the neck and shoulders.  I have clients and to make them do this exercise, I make them imagine that they are growing big double DD boobs.  This really makes the men laugh.  It makes them do the work. When you straighten your spine from the t-8/12 vertabraes, your chest will pop and your shoulders will relax down.

 

15.  watch the shoulders relax as you open the chest with the bra line.  Grow your collarbones straight across.  Look at your kids, note that they don’t have tension in their necks and the collar bones are not veeing up to the ears.  grow your boobs and you will see that your shoulders will drop down.  It works and is a fine correction to the bowed head and chest of the modern man.

 

16. Nod your head from your ears.  This one is especially special.  Just start saying yes with your head.  Notice where you use your neck.  Now stick your fingers into your ears and nod your eyes and head from the ears.  Feel the cavity you create in that area where your head and neck connect.  Use your head connection to look up and down, not your shoulders.

 

17. The neck holds up 4 pound of head matter so knowing how to create ease in the throat area will result in better blood supply to the brain and better cranial fluid through the cranial sacral tuberosity.  The hormones from the pineal, pituitary and hippothalamous will be more effective as well if the neck is at ease.  Please self sooth with your throat.  Swallow, move the blood through the neck down into the heart cavity. From your jaws and teeth, down the throat and into the lungs and chest.

 

18. Do three shoulder rolls every day.  One person said to me this week, so who has problems with their rhomboids and I really wanted to say everyone.    she really meant… athletes?  I said, ‘ gym rats, golfers, tennis players and computer bound people.’  that is practically everyone.  Why, the unsupported legs binding the lower back results in the shoulders overworking to counterbalance.  Do the above games and then do a few shoulder rolls will safely acclimatize you to your own tension.  Break it up before it surprises you with pain due to a tear or a build up of tension.  A little every day is better than repairing the pain.

 

19. Breath with your whole face.  Your skin, your lips, your eyelids, your eyeballs, your gums. let the air in with your heart.  let the wind sweep through your brain cavity and melt down your throat.  expand your head and let your ears join the fun.

20.  Eat more algae.  This primitive food is essential as a food nutrient.  It is simply a source for protein and minerals.  Eat more vegetables…they are the alkaline to the meat acidity.

23.  Hypnosis is wonderful.  Your subconscious mind is the life that is attracted to you.  If you can make an inpact to this level of thinking, it will have a powerful effect on how your life shows up.  I purchased a set of hypnosis tapes after the Fukushima Nuclear Accident because I was feeling overwhelmed from the news and I listen to them every night to program my mind in a more positive and effective path.

 

24. Get up and do a meditation practice everyday.  Program feeling yourself into your schedule every day.  It is important to know yourself.  My method is called Vipassana Meditation but there are many forms that are taugh, just be open to learning.

 

25.  Go to bed by 10 pm.  According to the Vedic teachings, the ideal bedtime for the human body is before pitta begins in the evening.  So aim for that time of the night to put yourself to bed.  As I am a late night sleeper, I am noticing as I age, this is becoming normal to me.

 

26. Know how food works…did you know that it is all dirt and it is the minerals that hold energy.  Not enough dirt means that the cell does not hold a charge.

 

27. Get to know how the cell works.  In an acid solution, the cell starts retracting its antennaes, nutrients can’t get in and the dirt can’t get out.  In an alkaline state, the cell is open to nutrition and detoxification.  acid means deprived of minerals.  alkaline is mineral rich.  we feed from these solutions.

28.  Be aware that you are a host to a whole world of parasites.  I love a story I heard that when a worm’s body is full to the max with foreign parasites, the worm is directed to the top of the grass, where it is eaten by a bird, which then becomes the new host for the partying parasites.  Which explains why we gravitate towards foods that may not be the best choice for us but we still do it anyways.  Maybe we are not the only ones in control of our desires, maybe the little guys in us are needing that chocolate bar or the extra shot at the bar.  Maybe.

29. Start understanding how the immune system works.  I am learning about how the extract of broccoli sprouts made by Chris Neville from Australia who has a product called SWITCHED ON that is energized by Amega Global with zero point.  It is a wonderful energy powder that when mixed with water tasted wonderful because it has this powder broccoli extract and superfruits.  This switches on the DNA because of the Sulphuraphane is switched on in the cell and that switches on the Glutithione which the best immune system support, better than Vitamin C.

 

30.  get some sunshine.  vitamin d switches on over 200 dna processes.  It is the telomeres sequencing that creates us as a life form.  Our longevity depends on us understanding the biology that creates our ability to heal.

 

31.  Eat essential fatty acids, omega 3, 6, 9.  The cells communicate to each other with these oil chains.  The chain of communication, the electrical exchange rides on this oil. Grow your own food. Start sprouting if you have not room to garden.  In these time, it is very important to know how to grow food.  The vitality of any food is dissipated in 24 hours and just traveling from the farm is time and labor intensive.

 

32. Realize that everything is made from petroleum products now.  Your phone, your computer, my car.  When we rub up against these products we are ingesting plastics. When I drink from plastic, I know that i am  drinking particle derivatives of petroleum which is influencing my hormonal sequencing.
