it was a great weekend away in portland. met kai and went to cannon beach. i did miss my athena though. i was glad that i brought my scio machine, but i left that at stella’s for the few days we were away, dang it.

i was working on the set of the warped tour yesterday. i did not do a good job of sussing out the gig. one thing is to do the work of figuring out if a rock concert job is if you actually like the music. which i did not do. luckily i brought earplugs.

it has been a blur of a month and it is just midway through. coming home from vegas was a mind blower. the ionways party was so much fun and full of information. i met a great crew of people from bc there, jude – an rmt from the old vida days was with them. [...]
